Cabbage Pak Choi "White Stem"

This is a fast growing, leafy vegetable with wide adaptability. The upright, compact plants to 25 cm tall, have long white tender stems. It is tender and delicious and useful as a quick fill-in. Harvest as a steamed green or in stir fry, also makes a great microgreen. Days to harvest: 40 - 45 days: begin harvest when plants are 15 cm tall.
